Values and Expectations at Rangebank

Rangebank's agreed school values are:

The Rangebank values have been developed as a community and are explicitly explained to staff, students and parents using the Matrix of Expectations.

This matrix brings the values to life in ways which are simple for students to understand, and provides a consistent framework for the school community as a whole. The minor and major behaviours flowchart also provides consistency when behaviour management is required.

To learn more about School Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) we have developed the following handbooks:

Rangebank acknowledges our staff, parents and community by:

  • Building teacher capacity through constructive feedback and professional development – promoting high quality teaching, encouraging teachers to view themselves as agents of change.

  • Developing a values system that extends into the community.

  • Placing Rangebank at the centre of the local community.
